Have you walked into a party, train, plane, seminar, family reunion or other event and immediately felt the energy of others? While talking with a person who is upset, do you feel their negative attitude deflating you and begin to feel vulnerable and sad? If the answer is yes, your Central Meridian needs to be closed. Central Meridian begins at the pubic bone and ends behind the bottom lip. It is one of 2 meridians that surround your core and keep you strong energetically.
