Balancing Energetic Flow between the Eyes Improves Vision

Last week we learned that by doing 8 exercises for the eyes, known as Daily Eye Energy Routine, you may improve your vision!   1. Rub eyes when you awaken.

  1. Step 1. Rub your hands together and shake them off.
  2. Step 2. Place your energized hands, with palms facing the eyes, over the eyes.
  3. Step 3. With palm over the eyes, cross your little fingers over your 3rd eyes, rest your thumbs on the temples and your middle fingers right at the hairline above the pupils of the eyes
  4. Hold for 3 to 5 minutes

 You may do this several times each day to improve create balance between the eyes.
