We have learned many tools that shift energy to impact the physical body, but not as many to shift emotions. Today, learn tools to assist in reshaping habit fields that are deeply imbedded in the subconscious and not easily accessed by the forebrain. So, the question becomes, how do we access this subconscious brain…? Now tap vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds or until you feel an energetic shift—perhaps a yawn, deep breath, sigh or just sense release.
