EEM First Aid— Release Neck & Shoulder Tension

EEM First Aid— Ileocecal Valve Explained

In the column last week you learned how to fix stomach upset with the Ileocecal valve. So what is it and what does it do? The valve rhythmically opens and shuts to process waste from food, hormones and chemicals that continually move through the bloodstream. If the valve’s rhythm is imbalanced, more significant health problems may present—since the toxins are backing up into the body’s systems.
