by Karen L. Semmelman, Certified EEM, JD, AAML(03-12)

Ever notice how when your favorite ball team misses the goal during the last inning, that all fans put their hands on their forehead and open their mouths, with an utterance or thought “Oh My God”? This response is instinctive to automatically calm ourselves during crisis, trauma or troubling events. The points located on the forehead directly about the pupils of the eyes, mid-way between the eyebrow and hairline (or where it used to be) is the main neurovascular points. These points, known as the “Oh My God” points, directly impact emotions, interface with the nervous system and help us calm. Our heads are covered with neurovascular points, each associated with a major emotion and each associated with an organ.

So, when you are experiencing a sense of crisis, trauma or feel in overdrive, do the following:

1. Place either hand, palm against the forehead, with the fingers pointing to one side of the temple and the wrist at the other temple. The little finger should be grazing the eyebrow.

If you are facing any kind of problem after using the medicine then stop using this medicine immediately and consult a online viagra doctor. The recommended dose is 20 mg taken 30 minutes before sexual activity and the effect prolongs up to 24 hours. levitra free If you feel to be under the impression that ED will always affect the older cialis 20 mg deeprootsmag.org ones. order levitra online Resulting from a rise in demand for these medicine, faux or generic versions are additionally distributed online by some sources with vested interests.

2. Place the other palm of hand on the back of the head, directly behind the hand on the forehead. Your head is now “sandwiched” between your 2 palms.

3. Take several deep breaths, in through nose and out through mouth, until you feel yourself calming.
