Over the last several weeks you have learned exercises that are part of the daily eye exercise routine. Today you will learn the rest of these exercises so you too will find the wonderful pleasure of improving and enhancing your vision and eye health. I hope to see you in the gym using these exercises!
1. Make 10 figure 8s around the eyes. Just like a mask. With your eyes open, use both hands side by side with little fingers touching and the palms facing the face as you make figure 8s around your eyes as if wearing a mask. Start at the nose, circle the right eye then back to the nose and circle the left eye. Now go in the opposite direction. Then take both hands and start about 12 inches from your eyes and make figure 8s that move toward the eyes and then back out 12 inches to the starting point. Do this about 6-8 times.
2. Thump your K-27 points and do the Crown Pull (part of the 5 Minute Routine). See prior columns for details if this is not familiar to you.
