Do you do daily eye exercises? Do you really pay much attention to your eyesight unless you have an eye issue or you attend your annual or bi-annual eye exam? No? Why not—we realize the importance of exercise for our body and mind; but the “Windows to our World get neglected. Yet, historically in Japan, school students were encouraged to take breaks throughout the day to “palm” their eyes to provide renewed vigor, rest and oxygen to these precious resources….. After all, what would life be like without our ability to see the aqua water or gorgeous wildlife by which we are surrounded?

Here is a teaser—–! Palm your eyes while still in bed. This is the exercise done in Japan as noted above. Rub both hands together and then shake them.
