Summary of Daily Eye Exercises

As promised, here is the summary list of all the Daily Eye Exercises that take 5 minutes each day. Use the prior columns as reference for the details of each exercise. Combined with the 5 Minute Routine, you are improving your vision, health and vitality in 10 minutes each day!

1. Upon waking, gently rub your eyes with your fingers or with your palms.

2. Palm your eyes – you learned this one last week.

3. While reading, working at your computer or working on paperwork, periodically rub the bony structure around the entire eye socket

4. Cover the Eyes-impacts radiant circuits, eyes, spleen and calms triple warmer to reduce stress.

5. Make 10 figure 8s around the eyes.

6. Thump your K-27 points and do the Crown Pull (part of the 5 Minute Routine).

7. Rinse you reading glasses in cold water daily, since they retain trapped energy.

8. Practice good ergonomics, using good light, proper posture when sitting at computer or reading

9. Use the Tibetan Eye Chart—-you will learn this next week!
